Problems And Solutions Using The Wing Chun Bong Sao

October 22, 2020 By admin Leave a Comment

Understanding the Bong sao can be very difficult at first. Especially considering it’s one of the first deflections you learn in Wing Chun…

Maybe this has happened to you? Have you ever tried using a Bong Sao and the deflection fails you or worse you start to feel a burning pain in shoulders? For some folks they end hearing a popping sound in their joint.

Friend, general rule of thumb is its never a good thing to feel popping in your joints. Sometimes it’s nothing but there are times when it’s an indicator of something more serious going on in your joint.

Make sure to watch this video where Sifu Phu talks about using bong sao correctly and incorrectly. Don’t worry if you find yourself struggling with this technique. You will find his advice helpful.

Enjoy the video!!!
