So I was recently scanning some websites when I came across a video of a very young child doing what looks like Chen Tai Chi. If I am wrong leave a comment and correct me.  It goes to show you that age really isn’t a factor when it comes to learning a martial art.

For many people Tai Chi is know for its health benefits , but there is also a martial side to the art that is rarely discussed.  Tai Chi is known as the Grand Ultimate Fist, to fully understand Tai Chi is to understand the martial arts as a whole.
